Since the goods are mailed internationally from Japan, no return is requested. A refund will be issued only if the purchase is damaged.

We require a proof, a picture of the damaged purchase to be sent by email at hello@paulinaiankanebooks.com

We offer refund within the first 30 days from the purchase, if 30 days have passed since the purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.

If you are approved, then you'll be notified by email as your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. International refunds take from seven to twenty days.
Late or missing refunds
